This educational kit allows viewing of plant roots through a specially designed sturdy acrylic viewing window. It's break resistant and set at the proper angle to force plant roots to hug the window and make them plainly visible.

The growing box is high-density styrofoam - durable, lightweight and waterproof, with built-in water basin and drainage reservoir. A Self-watering device uses water-carrying wicks to keep soil properly moist.
